2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms- Balcony overlooking sea - Self-catering - Sleeps 6This spacious first-floor two bedroom property is our flagship apartment and was new on the market in March 2011.  Each of the bedrooms is en-suite with air-conditioning and king-sized beds, one of which can be turned into a twin. The apartment has wireless high speed internet and a large kitchen with a ceiling fan.  The separate living room has a 42 inch tv with dvd player and cable channels. This lounge has a futon and queen-sized sofa-bed with ceiling fan and large French doors leading directly out onto the balcony and beach beyond.  The balcony itself has a table and four chairs to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea with gated steps down into the garden where occupants of all apartments can enjoy the sun loungers, swing seats and hammock with a shaded bar area.

 

Fast wireless internet connection and air conditioning to bedrooms in all apartments and maid service every five days.  A wash and fold laundry service is available for all apartments at an additional cost of US$10.A complete list of the facilities can be found here.

These three 1 bedroom studio apartments are located on the right hand side of the property, when viewed from the sea, and look out onto the garden but the sea can still be seen (and most definitely heard!) from the balcony or patios as they are only 15 metres from the beach. 

Each apartment has a king-size bed (or twin) with en-suite shower room and toilet, and there is a small, but well-equipped adjoining kitchenette to each unit. There are two ground floor apartments each with its own small patio, and one first floor apartment with balcony.

Fast wireless internet connection and air conditioning to bedrooms in all apartments and maid service every five days.   A fold-away bed or baby cot can be provided at an additional £10 per night.  A wash and fold laundry service is available for all apartments at an additional cost of US$10.

Additional information about rental rates:

• Please note there is an additional charge of £10 per night for the fold away bed.  A deposit for towels will be charged for, but refundable on departure.  Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is no later than 12 noon.

• The above prices are subject to 10% local tax. A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid at least 42 days prior to departure. Cancellation up to 28 days prior to departure 50% of the total will be refunded, there will be no refund for cancellations of less than 28 days.

Payment by credit card can be accepted, but please note there is a 2.5% surcharge to share the transaction charges.  Payment can also be made by online banking
